Eugen Chicevič is the Chief Executive Officer of Medicem Group, an integrated biomedical company based in the Czech Republic that develops, manufactures and commercializes innovative medical devices.
Prior to joining MEDICEM, Eugen held numerous roles of increasing responsibility across medical affairs, sales & marketing, health economics, reimbursement, and market access disciplines at Novo Nordisk, Searle and Janssen. There, he was responsible for organizational initiatives developing EMEA market access competencies, and, later, he spearheaded an international, cross-functional launch team in metabolics. Earlier at the organization, he also drove successful product pipeline renovation and integration of the Czech and Slovak affiliates and led Medical Affairs in Central & Eastern Europe.
Eugen leverages the strength of his combined medical and business background in his leadership role at MEDICEM. He holds a degree in Medicine from Charles University and a Master of Business Administration from the Czech Management Institute in Prague.

David Bailey is the Chief Executive Officer of Medicem Inc., the Boston-based arm of MEDICEM introducing induction of labor solutions to the U.S. Obstetrics and Gynecology markets.
David leverages the strength of over 35 years of experience across major medical device corporations and geographies, including 7 years as CEO of a US publicly traded ophthalmic company (STAAR Surgical). During his career he gained regulatory approvals and commercially launched many new first-of-a-kind products. His focus is on finding and bringing to market new breakthrough technologies that can meet major unmet needs.

Dušan Provazník is the Chief Executive Officer of Medicem Technology, a company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and commercialization of medical devices for the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Before joining MEDICEM, Dušan was responsible for Sales & Marketing at Janssen Czech Republic, where his work spanned the therapeutic areas of oncology, hematology, nephrology, pain treatment, psoriasis, psychiatry and neurology. His work also included leading product launch teams servicing the pain treatment and hemato-oncology therapies.
Dušan has a Master's degree in Biology from Charles University in Prague.

Renata Nováková is Chief Financial Officer of Medicem Group, an integrated biomedical company based in the Czech Republic that develops, manufactures and commercializes innovative medical devices.
Renata joined MEDICEM with more than 20 years of experience in international finance and assumed responsibility for the company’s Finance and Operations leadership. Previously, she was the Group Chief Financial Officer and a Board Member of UniCredit Leasing. She was promoted through positions of increasing responsibility to assume the role with responsibilities spanning Planning, Controlling, Accounting, Refinancing, IT, Contract Administration, General Services and Payment Centre disciplines to management of Supervisory Board and General Assembly agendas.
Renata has a degree in Finance and Accounting from Prague School of Economics.
